Terms and Conditions

1. Bybit does not run referral programs in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Hong Kong, and other regions where Bybit services are not provided.
2. Traders will start earning commissions from the moment a referred friend registers with Bybit using their referral link. After registration, the trader will receive commission rebates from the friend's trading fees for a period of 365 days.
3. Commission rebates are calculated daily at 00:00 UTC. Rebates are based on the net trading fees generated (gross trading fees - trading fee discounts - trading fee rebates). Net trading fees are calculated in USDT.
4. Commission rebates will be credited to spot, futures, and options trades. Rebates will not apply to P2P transactions, deposits, or withdrawals.
5. Bybit reserves the right to cancel or adjust rewards for fraudulent or abusive activities.
